My girl has had a plethora of ear problems her entire life. That picture looks like they're a little too red. My vet gives me this liquid stuff called Animax that I put on her ears and it seems to clear everything up. Another brand of this formula is called Quadritop. I don't know if there is a way to get it w/out seeing a vet. It works on everything - dry , itchy skin, red ears, etc.
