Blister??

I got home from work tonight and noticed that Rocky, my 19 month old male Boxer this dime size blister on the right side of his muzzle. I won't get a chance to take him to the vet until tomorrow, but he's scratching right now and makes it worst. Any suggestions on what to do or what to put on it for tonight? Please advise.

So what did rocky have on his nose? If it happens again i found that triple antibiotic ointment works. (future reference) Hope he was ok.
