Augrabies Falls - South Africa

Leaving for a 4 night trip into the countryside today. Going to see the Augrabies Fals - second biggest waterfall in Africa. Fudgie, of course, to be looked after by my closest friend who is boxer crazy himself and who recommended I get her in the first place. Missing her already..
Will post pics of the holiday when I get back and finally start an album.

I have never heard of Augrabies Falls before and looked it. Looks like a great place to explore. I hope you have a blast!

It was, thanks! I forgot to subscribe to the thread and didnt see your reply earlier, sorry.

Really feel like one is in a desert thee and then that water in amongst all of the rocks is quite stunning. There was flooding in June and 6 of the 8 look out points were damaged and not available for use, which is a pity, as 2 of them are the best photo spots for the falls, but we did get a few passable photo;s.
