My Boxer Leroy started becoming protective at around 11 months. People where a tad scared of him (some pour souls ran, and thats fun for a Boxer!!) Other people where cool with him as he was charging and his tail turned on and it was all fun and games. He goes nuts over the doorbell! he growls...
