wow! i got my baby libby for only $250! she had her tail done too....she was 6wks. about the fence.....we had her penned in an area with a 4 ft. tall peice of sheetrock and she scalled that thing at 3months! i would be worried about a dog that age of this breed with a fence that short.:)
