My Gretzky is extremely needy also and he is over 3. We've only had him since April though. He's not as bad (but still needy!) as long as he gets his walk every day.

The last week or so, my Gretzky has been whining constantly when he is either outside or in a different room than my wife and I. He's always been very needy, but he is getting worse. How can I get him to stop??

Have you ever thought of a Rhodisian Ridgeback? Beautiful dogs that have all of the traits you are looking for. Must be raised from puppyhood with other animals though so if you have cats or other small pets, you may not want one.

I could use some training tips for my boxer. He has some basics down but needs alot of work. The problem is, he's not food motivated. I don't want to use harsh tactics on him since we got him from a family member and he's 3 years old. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
