    Tips for separation anxiety?

Finally - a night out for dinner We were unable to go out as promised in post, above. Loving wife had a basketball game to watch. But, we did go out last night (1/26). We were gone for an hour. There was a little drool, but Doug was at rest when we got back and the doggie bed in crate...

Brunno is not Neutered and is Starting to get Agressive at Dogs

Abel, I do not believe I would take him until he is neutered and you are more confident in him and yourself. I think working with a Behaviorist is a good idea. Meeting a dog and his/her owner, that you know and trust in a neutral place (e.g., large fenced in field) and closely...

Brunno is not Neutered and is Starting to get Agressive at Dogs

Doggie Aggression I also posted on here with Separation Anxiety with Doug. Well, he also has problems with other dogs. He is great with adult and child people as well as cats. He becomes dominant with most dogs. Behaviorist recommended (so far): - Bring to her doggie day care for 1/2...

    Tips for separation anxiety?

Behaviorist Suggestions for Doug We adopted Doug 11/17/12. He would crate fine at night when in bedroom with wife and me. However, if we tried to go out to dinner and crate him, Doug would: - Lick crate - Drool incessantly - Stand and whine - Destroy bed or scented clothes in crate -...

Pam (Holden's Mom) and I have known and loved a lot of Boxers. Autry will always have a special place in our hearts. Autry was special!

any way to minimize bad gas?

Why would you want to spoil one of the most endearing traits of the Boxer? As suggested, we gave Autry a yogurt treat at lunch. It did not fix it, but it did help. We also used a high quality kibble of sweet potatoes and herring - no grain. Once again, it is not something you can...

    Autry needs your prayers

Our Boy Autry Things turned horribly wrong, last night for Autry. He woke us at 12:15 AM. From that point on he could not sit, lay or sleep. Pam and I spent the night with him, trying to comfort him. He was in so much pain that he just walked around the porch, bumping into chairs and...

    More of Mason and Logan!

Pics and lens Great shots of Mason and Logan. Mason looks a lot like our Autry, though Autry is more gray. Looked like shots were taken with 50mm lens.

    Amazing!

My Autry thinks horses are simply, large dogs. I may try this with cows and see how he does. I liked seeing a Boxer with a tail. Looks good. Emphasizes how happy he was to be there.

    Poor Tucker...hurting

Tucker's pix I saw the pictures and had to come searching for the cause. How awful the injury must have been, but it certainly looks like he is loved by all and, obviously well cared for. Prayers are with his speedy recovery. Jack and Autry
