:D Jean, that is so true. If that took you that long to wrap ONE, what month did you start wrapping? I know how they always love to try and help you, even if it is only to sit on your lap and watch from the nearest point possible! But we wouldn't be without them, would we? Our Sergeant is six now, but he still acts like a puppy. Have a good Christmas, it's nice to see some more Australians on the Board, I think that makes about four of you now.

I can so relate to that situation, we adopted our Malumute/Shepherd right around Christmas ( he is 3 now). I decided since noone was home I would wrap gifts, what a nightmare, he did everything he could to make it unpleasant. I finally tied some ribbon around his neck, which distracted him, he spent the next hour or so trying to take it off, puppy was happy, and I got my gifts wrapped.

I made my husband take Boomer to bed every time I had to wrap a present. I knew exactly what was going to happen if I attempted to do it with Boomer in there!

Boomer, flashy fawn, 2/19/00, natural ears, docked tail and Baxter the terrible tabby, 3/96
