Just wondering? The red folders helped me decipher what I have read and if there were any new posts in a particular topic.

I never have had the red folders before.
Now that we have the new board, I have them, but I don't think they work correctly. They are still red even after I've read the post.
How is it supposed to work?

Mine work once I have logged off and logged back on (usually turning off my computer) ...but now that I think about it, sometimes it doesn't work, but in most cases it has.

I used to have them too but since the board switched servers, I no longer see them either....

I wonder if this is a function of the browser.
I have the red folders now and didn't before.
Some don't have them now and did before.

I'm using Netscape. Are those of you who don't have the red folder now using Internet Explorer?

Yes it depends on your browser and its setting (if it doesn't accept cookies, all posts will appear as new everytime you visit the board).
IE usually works better with the board. Linda, you are one of the very few (less than 10% of Boxerworld's visitors) people who still use Netscape!

We use IE at my office. I HATE it! So I use Netscape at home.
