What Color

I get a lot of comments for people when they see my boy like,

"I've never seen a boxer that color" or "What's the color of your boxer called"

Can anybody shed some light? His AKC reg says, Fawn with black mask, but I believe in lighter.

He looks like he has a lot of red in his coat, but regardless, he's still a fawn.

What a beautiful boy you have! Yes he is a fawn, just a very red one. Its actually a shade that used to be far more common and is largely lost, especially in American bred boxers. He is quite good looking, I bet you are so proud of him!

He is gorgeous and most definetely fawn/red. Some people say fawn some say red. We say Zeb's red instead of fawn.

He is beautiful!! He is a red fawn with a black mask...but a fawn nonetheless. You don't see many like him! I thought my Telmar was a red fawn but your baby is way redder than mine!! Gorgeous!!
