My two growled the first couple days. There were a couple times when they were play fighting that it sounded a bit more "real" so I broke it up, but for the most part it is just letting them get used to each other.
Now I can watch them and Cooper will get real close to Dillon then flop over on his back with his legs everywhere and pop his head up like "I'M READY....GET ME!"
Just watch the puppy teeth. Those little buggers are sharp and since they like to play by teething at each other necks, don't be surprised if you find some scratches.
