I just brought home a older female Boxer 11 to 12 yrs old from Rescue to medical foster about two weeks ago. You can tell she was used and abused as a breeding machine. On her chest and on her belly one of the lower nipples has a very weird thing. Imagine chewing wax and then putting it under her skin. The vet said it could be a healed burn, from laying on cement, pushing up against kennel run doors other than that he is not sure.
Has anyone ever seen something like this? It doesn't seem to bother her but I have never seen anything like this and wondered if anyone new what it was from.
