Personally I wouldn't. If the pup's diet is deficient, feed a beter food. And if it's not deficient, then there's no need to supplement.

Over-nutrition or oversupplementation of puppy diets can cause some pretty significant problems. Unlike adults, pups don't always just flush excesses from their bodies, and depending on what you're supplementing, you can create problems. Calcium, for example, if given in excess can cause structural defects and exacerbate conditions such as hip dysplasia later in life. In short, unless you know there is a particular deficiency in your puppy's diet, supplementing is pointless in the first place. And supplementing things he's not deficient in can do a lot more harm than good.
