That doesn't sound small to me. I don't know what the boxer standards are in Iran, but in Canada 26 inches is actully oversize. How old is your boxer?

OK buddy, calm down -we're just trying to help you... If I'm correct your Boxer weighs 28-30 kg, which is about 61-66 lbs. I suggest you look up the Boxer standard for Iran, I'm unable to locate it. Compaired to the US standards, the dog is within weight limits, but is a tad tall. I suggest doing a search for the WDJ (whole dog journal) to find a premium food that is available in your area.

thanks for your info man ! I know he is a bit taller than other boxers I've ever seen , and for I should say here in Iran we don't have much choices for dog foods because the imported dog foods are so expensive and there is only one brand called "NUTRI PET" and we just mix it with a bit of chicken juice or lamb and he like it so much ! but as I asked do u think I should give hime some thing to make big muscles ? because I get his training so hard and he run for about 5~8 Km per day as a fetch the ball game ! so should i give him any aditional like protein powder or other stuff ?

I'm not sure about protein powders or anything, too much protein is bad for growing dogs. I know of a supplement called Missing Link that's very good. I have to special order our dog food because no one around here has anything that's decent. I pay more in shipping charges than I pay for the food itself. Sorry I'm not of much help :( There's a site called www.springtimeinc.com, we order joint supplements for our rescued Boxer from them... You could check out their site.

You mentioned you were afraid he won't get as big as other boxers, how big were his parents (their size should give you a general idea of how big he will be)? A boxer isn't fully grown until around 3 years of age. My Maggie is 15 months, right now she weighs about 50lbs but she looks very lean. Her mother was about 70lbs and her father about 80lbs- so both were bigger than the US standard. I don't know right off how tall she is, she's too hyper right now to allow herself to be measured.

I said he is tall enough but he doesn't weight much!!! And I asked about his weight!
Actually you didn't say he was tall enough. What you said was that he was tiny. Tiny implies that he is very short and that isn't isn't case. It sounds like what you meant was that he was thin. This is very common in adolescent boxers and is perfectly normal, but as you still haven't said how old he is, I really how no idea if this is the case.
