I have a foster dog who has demodex mange and heart worms. Currently he is taking ivermectin for his demo... He just got over his kennel cough so he is ready to begin his heart worm treatment. Does anyone know if he can begin his treatment while he's taking his ivermectin? Just curious if anyone has any experience with this?
