As some of you may know a couple of weeks ago I was having a problem with my potatoes going missing. We found out Buddy was the culprit.
Thanks to Nanabear Buddy is on a wonderful diet that he just loves. He is also more content now. His diet includes yogurt in the morning. I could not figure out where the yogurt was going. I would go to the fridge for the container, and it seemed that it was always near empty. Now I thought I was really losing it. Buddy loves his yogurt, but I had never had a problem with him stealing from the fridge before!! Poor Buddy had to go without his yogurt yesterday am. because it was all gone. I went to the grocery store and got some more, and last night my husband was watching TV eating what I thought was ice cream. I noticed Buddy watching him with an intent look, so I asked Al what type of ice cream he had. He informed me it was yogurt that he added fruit to. Come to find out that Al has been eating Buddy's yogurt! I told Al to go and have a potato and leave the poor guys yogurt alone!!Needless to say Buddy told him off quite well. I tell you it never ends in my house. Poor Buddy!!!!

That is too funny! :D
Next time you add the yogurt to Buddy's food, use the spoon and put it back in the container so there are little bits of dog food in the yogurt. That will probably cure hubby from eating it. ;)

It just goes to show, we have to watch our husbands every minute. They think that we are giving our furbabies something that they should be getting. That is a good idea about putting the spoon back into the container, Linda, unless hubby finds that he likes the taste of the food also, then you are in trouble!

That's too funny! Poor Buddy, first he has to go on a diet, then his yogurt is being eaten.

Speaking of diets. In the CKC magazine this month, there was an article that suggested that canned pumpkin(plain) was great for dogs on a diet. You could reduce the dogs regular food by 25-30% and replace it with twice the quantity of pumpkin. Apparently, dogs love it and they will lose weight.
