I was just reading on that food rating website that Royal Canine food has alot of corn, wheat and fillers which is not good for dogs prone to allergies. My 4 month old brindle has runny nose and eyes constantly!! I think now that it is from the Royal Canine food I've been feeding her since we got her.
I'm disappointed that I was recommended this brand by my breeder, vet and pet store that this is such a great food, when in fact it is only a 2 star dry dog food!! I'm thinking of trying to find Canidae, which I hope is available here in Canada!!

Yes, Canidae is certainly available in Canada :) In fact, there is a store locator on Canidae's website that can help to point you in the right direction of a retailer. See www.canidae.com
