Boxer Insane
The problem with not health testing parents is that genetic conditions can be passed along very easily and quickly. As can behavioral problems.
My BYB boxer, who is my heart dog and I wouldn't trade him for anything in the world, is a mess of inherited health conditions. He has hypothyroidism, sub-aortic stenosis, ankylosing spondylosis (from poor conformation). All of the males in his litter have a heart murmur. I was the only one (that I know of) that has done an echo to diagnose. Thankfully he has escaped some of the more fatal conditions like ARVC and DM so far. I love my dog dearly, but realize that his health conditions will most likely shorten his life and have caused him a lot of physical pain.
Good breeders breed to better the overall health and wellness of boxers. They will do all necessary health testing, show their dogs to ensure they meet breed standards, and do obedience/working training with all their dogs. And they would not breed a dog that was not registered with a reputable organization.
I'm sure your boxer is wonderfully adorable and sweet. But, please, please spay her. If you have any doubt about the number of boxers that are bred by BYB or puppy mills and need homes, do a google search for a boxer rescue in your area.
