so upset with my mother right now!

I was talking to my mother during my break tonight and she tells me she's going to ask my step dad to get rid of zoe, their 2 year old pit bull!
here's why.... she makes barkley (the 6 yr. old newfoundland) upset and he's been peeing in the house! yes! him! not her!!
she's the sweetest thing, she was a rescue that they got from the pound and has been like a sister to kneesaa, they're only 2 weeks apart in age.
she asked me if I would take her. I want to sooooo bad, but my boyfriend said that there is just no way we can have 3 dogs in our house. and deep down I know he's right.
I'm just so mad at my mom for this.
I just needed to vent and I hope my mom has a change of heart. :(

Maybe you can make your mom change her mind. How does the PB upset the newfie?

maybe doggie therapy would help them....

If she's dead set on getting rid of the pit I would make her agree not to surrender it to the pound. Maybe see if she'll hang on to the dog until she can find another good home, hopefully to someone you know and who's not too far away...that way you could check-in from time to time to make sure everything is going ok. Hope everything goes well.
