Signatures help

I have done multiple searches here at BW regarding how to get a signature line with your posts.

I understand the concept and I get to the page and I changed the options to enhanced mode BUT whenever I try to change the font, size and color, the choices get included with my signature. Thinking that it was still going to work anyhow, I clicked on preview and my signature line is there but also so is the font, and color as in the word of the color that I opted to use.

How might I go about doing this the correct way? The only info that I can find is how to get to the sigs area (which I can do). What am I doing wrong? At first before changing it to enhanced mode I was getting a different window saying undefined.

You need to close the tags. You should see "close current tag" and "close all tags", with a red x beside each. The guided mode can be used and you won't have to manually close the tags
