How often can these be supplemented into the diet?? Thanks. BILL
Once a week or so should be quite enough with fish. well - once a week if the fish were making up the entire meal (so about 400-500 grams). The same amount could be spread over several meals if you're just adding a spoonful or so.
I'd choose small oily fish like sardines and mackeral over larger ones like salmon though.
