Puppy Laryngitis

Hi there,
My 10 1/2 week old puppy Caine has Laryngitis. We thought it was kennel cough but when we took him to the vet to get his 2nd shots he said it was laryngitis.
I can't seem to find anybody who has had this issue with their dogs.

If anyone has had this problem can you help me with some advice on how to help him. He is on Antibiotics, but now he whines and crys and barks in his crate all night long.

Is there anything else i can do to help him feel better???

Our family's first dog used to get laryngitits after being boarded (this was a long time ago, I never board anymore for many reasons), but, it's got to be tough when you are crate training. Resting his voice is prob the only thing that will speed up his recovery, but I sure don't know how to accomplish that without blowing the crate training routine. I wish I had some suggestions for you. Good luck and I hope he gets his voice back soon!

Don't have any advice for you hear, but sending healing vibes toy you and your baby! Hope your baby gets better soon so you can hear those wonderful woo woos.

thanks for the help
Caine is diong well and is all better.. the new vet said that it wasn't Laryngitis at all. he was just inderweight and you could feel his lymphnodes.... Oh geesh...

He is doing better now and the coughing has stopped and he is gaining weight with a vegence.. thank heavens!!
