possibly need to change food

So I have had my boxer on an all life stages grain free food for the past 4 months. He has been doing fine but now he has developed a yeast infection in his ears and the vet says it is food related. Any suggestions on a food that works better with a boxer system? He is white not sure if that makes a difference. Any suggestions are appreciated

One yeast infection? I wouldn't point my finger at the food unless it were starting to become more of a chronic problem.
