I put peanut butter in both of my dogs kongs. Should I be using low-fat or lite or regular p.b? Also, how often can a dog be given a kong filled with p.b (1 a day or 1 every other day, etc.)?

I don't feel that it matters whether you use low-fat or not. I use all-natural peanut butter (freshly grinded from peanuts), because most store bought peanut butters are very high in sugar. Soooo, if you are unable to find a more holistic peanut butter, just choose one that is low in sugar. :)
