peaking over the fence

i have a chain link fence around my back yard. on one side of my yard my nieghbor has a 6 ft privacy fence.my female jumps and lands on the chain link fence with her back paws and looks over the privacy fence. its really got to startle the to look to the side and see just my dogs head and 2 paws looking at them
