My puppy Knuckles is 61/2 months and just went into be spayed today. I just talked to the vet and he said he couldn't find her uterus or ovaries...he said she may have been born without them. Has anyone ever heard of this???

Born completely without a uterus AND both ovaries? Completely without any sexual organs? I guess it's possible, but would be extremely rare.
Have you considered a second opinion? You certainly don't want to wait for her to come into season before proving his theory wrong. And if another veterinarian finds what he couldn't, I would certainly get any money you spent on the first vet back....and don't use him/her anymore.
