I feel like I just cant catch a break. My boys just cant seem to stay healthy. Steeler has another lump  I was looking at his legs when I found a red, flaky, hard lump on the back of his heel. It is about the size of my pinky finger nail. I have been looking up lumps and pictures on here. I have only found one that is similar but is not really raised up off his skin but it does go a little deep. Can warts be even with his skin or does this maybe sound more like a tumor?
I have been to the vet so much this month they should just give me a permanent room  I am worried so back we go!! I will post a picture and maybe you guys could give me some advice. Thanks again:)

Oh - these boxers and their lumps! Try to stay positive and hopefully it will end up being something benign or irrelevant. Keep us posted and try to send a picture if you can.

I can totally relate! My nearly-9-year-old boxer is going in for yet another surgery tomorrow to remove more lumps. He had 3 lumps removed in May and 2 removed last October. Now he has 3 new ones that have appeared, 1 large one in the last 2 weeks. I hate putting him under all the anesthesia and all of that, but I know my only other choice is to not do anything at all. What is with boxers and lumps? Anyway, I feel your pain and will be thinking about you and your baby and hope all turns out well.

I put a pictures of Steelers bump on the back of his leg. Its as close as I could get it so its a little blurry. Let me know if you have any ideas what you think it is. Thanks:)

I looked at your photo and thought it looked similar to a bump that my Jesse had on his hip last year. I loaded a picture of it in my gallery for you to take a look and see if it looks similar to Steeler's bump. You may need to wait for the picture to get approved. Jesse's looks a bit more red. This was taken prior to him having surgery. Jesse's bump turned out to be a benign tumor called a histiocytoma. It's possible to leave them alone and they will go away on their own. Jesse's didn't after I waited a few months. It was irritating him and he was licking it so I decided to have it removed. You should probably have your vet look at it anyway. Sending out positive healing vibes...

Thanks for looking and for the pic:) It does look a little similar but Steelers is light pink and very flaky. It never bothered him until I started putting neosporin on it to see if that would help. We have a vet app for friday morning. Hopefully it is nothing serious. I have had to take one of them to the vet almost every week for a month  I just want them to be healthy!! Thanks again:)
