New Kitty in the House....

Gypsy (a bit grainy but it was a quick piture) - Here is a picture of our latest cat Gypsy. She is a Chocolate Tortoiseshell Persian. She is 8 (close to 9) years old. She was given to us by a lady who has a cattery but is in failing health and is looking to addopt out her cats. We might be getting another one from her in the near future.

Quinsi thinks it is a new kitty to play with. He whines and whimpers at the baby gate when ever she is walking in his eyesight. Gypsy stiffens up when we are holding her and Quinsi comes near. For the most part she ignores Quinsi because she is in heat (She is an retired breeder cat) You can tell she was kept in a large cage for most of her life. She isn't too sure about what to do with the run of the house and she doesn;t know her name or the typical 'Click click' cat call. She's not to old to learn though :D

Its wonderful you took Gypsy,I bet she thinks she's died & gone to heaven after living in a cage all her life.It won't take her long to learn her name & being able to trust someone is there to love her,& I bet that handsome young Quinsi has plenty of love for everyone!Thank you for giving Gypsy the love & attention she needs & deserves, its so sad seeing any animal used for just breeding.LOL, Hanley
