Need opinions

Kendra, 6 year old female, is acting quite weird the last 2 days. Yesterday she was very mopey and just not herself. Then today she has refused to eat at all today, drank LOTS of water which is unusual for her and vomitted twice. The first was just the frothy clear, the second time was more yellow and had a large chunk in it. She now is just laying on the couch, breathing heavily and when sitting up she pants quite a bit. We called the vet and they said no food or drink the rest of the night and to call them first thing in the morning. Any thoughts on what this could be?

One thing that does concern me more... We were quite bad about giving her 'human' food and within the last week cut her off completely. Could this have any affect?

Depends what human food you've given her.
Sounds like she's just off colour a bit, it happens to my three sometimes.

Well, Kendra went to the vet yesterday, they did bloodwork, she got a shot of antibiotic and something to calm her stomach down and then they gave her 2 medications to take home. Vet called first thing this morning and said she has something attacking her red blood cells and weakening her immune system, hemolytic anemia. Soooooooooo, our vet came to our work today (Kendra goes to work with us) and checked on her and brought her some prednizone. He said he sees improvement in her since yesterday and she goes back tomorrow for another blood draw. Both of our boxers had their annual shots last week and this can be caused by one of the vaccines. Keep your fingers and paws crossed that this is all it is and she bounces back quick. We miss our wiggle stub!

Those vaccines, sometimes they are more harm than good! I hope that is all it turns out to be. Keep us posted.

Went back to the vet today... They took more blood and said she is the same as she was yesterday. which I suppose is good. they did however tell us they can deteriorate VERY quickly with this. they'll call us tomorrow with the blood results and then we'll go from there. Thanks for all your concern!
