Need feedback on Costco Puppyfood

Hi -We've found the Costco has started carrying puppyfood, "Kirkland Super Premium Puppy Food". The ingredients compare to other high priced foods for 1/3 the cost. Was wondering is anyone has done any research or feedback on it.

The top 11 ingredients are:
Chicken, Chicken Meal, Whole Grain Brown Rice, Cracked Pearl Barley, egg product, beet pulp, chicken fat, potatoes, fish meal, flaxseed.

It is better than many grocery store foods, but you can probably do better. I feed one raw meal and one kibble. I feed EVO as the kibble meal. No grains at all. I love it.

Costco dog food

I don't have any experience with the Costco puppyfood, but I did try the adult (I believe it was the Lamb and Rice) formula. My two boxers and my sister's rottweiler didn't do too well on it at all. The ingredients seemed to suggest at least a decent quality of dog food (especially for the price), but for some reason my dogs did poorer on that food than on Pedigree. I have been using Canidae for the past couple of years with great results. Good luck...
