My poor boy

Rocco started with diarrhea yesterday. He seemed ok for the evening ate all his food and drank water as normal. During the night he has been sick and his diarrhea started again this morning. He is currently sat on the floor not wanting to be bothered but shaking when he is breathing in. I will ring the vet for advice when they open but woul appreciate all your advice in the mean time. Thanks.

No advice here, sorry. Just wanted to say how sorry I am he is sick..Hope he feels much better soon. I do remember my vet telling me to stop all food and water as soon as mine got sick. Good luck.

I took Rocco to the vets. He thinks Rocco has a bug/infection he gave him an injection prescribed some antibiotics and antispasm tablets. His temeprature was raised slightly.
He has slept for most of the day but his spirits have lifted a little. I wont be giving him any food today but he must drink plenty water to stop himself getting dehydrated.
Now i just have to watch for Lola getting it or that will be another £50 vets fee!!! It's times like these that you just wish you had wanted to become a vet when you were younger
