My baby girl is getting so big

I just took Sydney to the vets the other day for her second round of shots and she weights 20.5 lbs. She is getting so big. They sure don't stay little very long. I will post a new pictures of her soon. If I can get her to stand still long enough. :rolleyes:

I know what you mean..I brought LuLu home at 9 weeks and she weighed 11 pounds. She is now 5 1/2 months and weighs 38 pounds..What really freaks me out is how strong she is. I cannot imagine what it will be like when she reaches a year..But boy do I love her..They are so much fun, aren't they. .

It seems like they are puppies for a minute! My girl was itty bitty as a pup and now at almost two years she is 55 lbs and still growing! I tell her every day "you are big enough- STOP!"

Yeah tell me about it. When I brought Aasha home at 7 weeks he weighed 11lbs. Now he has just turned a year and is 68 lbs. Now instead of me pushing him around the bed he is pushing me with ease.

They certainly do grow fast,Beau was 1# when we got him & now he is 63# & still growing

They do grow quick. I remember when we first got Jackson I could hold him now he weighs in at 100 pounds. He is a big boy. His dad was very big also. What is funny is he doesnt think he is a big dog so still likes to sit in my lap sometimes when watching TV.

Minka is too! Today is her 6 month birthday and I took her to the vet for bloodwork this morning (she's getting fixed Friday). At 6 month's, she's already 44.8 lbs. Don't tell her though! She's still convinced she's a lap dog and looks at us accusingly when she can't fit...as if we took away a part of "her" lap.
