Layla is getting spayed today

Hi BW Layla is getting spayed this morning I just dropped her off at 7:30 Thought I'd ask for some extra {{{{ healing Vibes }}} sent our way
I always get so emotional when I have to leave our Babies at the Vets.. Although she seemed quite happy to be there, I think she thought we were going to doggie day care and was ready to go play.. she was such a little wiggle butt it took several tries to get her to sit still on the scale to get her weight.. Thanks in advance for all your support.. BW Your'e the best

I know that I moped around all day when Abbi went in to get spayed. It was so quiet, and almost sad, at the house without her there.

Sending lots of love and hugs to Ms. Layla. I know it is so scary having to leave them when they are having surgery. She will be fine. It's us that get sick with worry. Pls. keep us updated on how she's doing. I'm sure she'll probably "not be herself" for a few days but if she's anything like Ms. Ali she was going full trottle in no time. Take care.

Update on Layla

Thanks everyone for the {{{{vibes}}} I'm such a worry Wart.. The Vet said her surgery went well.. We just got home from picking her up and she isn't her little wiggley self yet for sure.. right now she is snoozing on a throw rug in front of the kitchen sink, she likes it there as there is a heater vent under the cabinets keeps your toes nice and toasty while doing dishes in the winter .. she is still shaking ,so we heated up a big towel in the dryer and covered her up.. it might be from the anestesia<sp> and she isn't shaking from being cold.. we'll give her lots and lots of TLC.. The Vets said No playing for a week.. until her stitches come out and Poor mistreated Cody is locked in my bed room having a howling fit.. He'll get his turn out after Layla gets a little rest we put her in either the kennel or Daughters room.

Glad to hear Layla's spay went well. Sending lots of vibes for a good healing and recovery. The hard part is "no playing for a week" :( Extra hugs for Cody who will be missing romps with his sis! Hope the week goes by fast for you all.
