Jean's Buddy...Latest Update

Jean has asked me to again post to let you know that Buddy is in very bad condition. In addition to the prostate cancer and related problems, he also has lung cancer and is bleeding internally. He is in danger of bleeding out. For these reasons, Jean and Al have made the decision to end Buddy's suffering. Buddy will spend the night at home with Jean and Al, and will go to his vet at 9am EST to be helped to the bridge.

Jean and Al appreciate the concern for them and for Buddy,
but are going to spend some quiet family time. Please keep Buddy, Jean and Al in your thoughts and prayers during this extremely difficult time.

So very sorry to here about Buddy.I know how hard it is to give up a best friend . Please keep in mind that you are doing whats right by not letting him suffer any longer.

Buddy, like Jenn's Greta, is one of those Boxers we have come to admire and love through Jean's posts and her sharing his life with us all. It is just so sad that another member of our Boxer family will no longer be with us in body. His spirit will live on forever, and I am certain that Greta will be waiting at the bridge for him, along with all the Boxers we have lost.

Cubby, please pass on my sympathy and love to Jean and Al. Thank you for letting us know.
