Izzy and Gus playing

Here are some cute video clips I had to share with everyone of my boxer girl Izzy and boy, Gus. Before Gus came into our family, Izzy always LOVED to play with her big ball. She would push it all around the yard.. she would go crazy for it. Izzy has been recovering from ACL surgery, and today I finally got her ball out. I didn't know what her and Gus would do together with it.... it was a surprise to me that they played so well together with the ball!!! Izzy hasn't been able to play with her ball since Gus joined us, since she has had both knees operated on and has been recovering or too hurt to play. Izzy is such a good girl to share. It was incredibly cute! These are only small parts of what they were doing. Wish I could have gotten ever second on tape. I had to take the ball away cause they wouldn't stop playing. I put it in the shed and Izzy just stared at the doors, hehe. They were very tired by the time I got my camera out, and got new batteries in it, to tape them.... you can tell by their tounges hanging out!

Gosh they're having fun! Love the ball too, just what we need - too big to disappear under the shrubbery and too big to get picked up and punctured.

Aren't they fun to watch with those big balls! Bella loves hers. Our yard isn't fenced so she usually runs with it until it hits something to stop it - cars, dog kennel, soy beans or me I still can't figure out how they manage to pop them?! But at least their cheap!

They were outside playing (taking breaks occasionally), for about 4 hours!!! I can see them from my bedroom, so I can come inside without totally leaving them alone. I went out a bunch of time to play with them, and give them water and treats. They love it outside, especially this weather (It was about 65 degrees)They are crazy! But, they were out the rest of the day, which is so not normal for them! Usually when I get home from classes at 10PM, they are so full of energy, but they were both still tired, which was so nice! They just wanted to cuddle on my bed. I had to take the ball away after awhile because they get obsessed with it. I think they want to pop it, cause Izzy barks at it, like she wants to do something to it. I just have to make sure it is full of air or she can pop it. I have bought a few balls. It's so cute to watch them. Izzy use to play like that by herself, but I never imagined they would push it together, soooo cute! Gus just likes to act like his big sister.
