The best place to start looking for a responsible breeder is your nearest boxer club, or all breeds club. They should be able to point you in the direction of any breeder members who may have litters coming up (though you would still need to check for yourself that those people are following a responsible health screening program - see http://www.boxerworld.com/forums/view_boxer-dog-health-testing.htm You can find a list of clubs at http://www.americanboxerclub.org/us-boxer-clubs.html
