Is my puppy sick

I just picked up my brindle female 10wks old on Friday evening from a reputable breeder, it was a 3 hour drive home with the pup, when we got home the puppy vomitted a few times, I put this down to the drive home.
On saturday morning I took her to the vets for a check-up, I told the vet about the vomitting and that she was off her food and water. The vet said not to worry about it too much unless the pup is still not good by Monday. The pup slept most of the day only waking to pee + poop (the stool was a little runny) she did not eat or drink all day, in the evening I gave her water with a syringe. This morning she is still not eating or drinking, I was going to try a different food for her. I am a little worried right now, is this normal for a new puppy?

This doesn't sound right,I'd get her back to the vet as soon as you can.

My wife took her to the vets this morning, yesterday she ate about half a cup of wet food and drank about half a cup of milk/water mix, she was also a little more playful.

I will let you all know what happens as the day unfolds.

Just checking to see how your baby girl is doing. If she's eating and drinking now, keeping it in, and is a little more playful, those are all good signs. Continuing to keep her in my thoughts. Please keep us posted.

Good news from the vets, stool samples all good, vet says her glands are a little swollen so she gave her some antibiotics and doesn't think she needs to come back...wooooo hoooo.....
We are thinking about calling her "Scuba" dont even know if she can swim...
