Hi everyone. I have a 9.5 year old female, fawn boxer named Beetle. I used to contribute to this board about 1.5 years ago and then things starting changing and I lost my place. I've figured it out now and I'm back.
I always enjoy reading about everyone's boxer's antics. These dogs are THE funniest.
We, being my husband Joel, me and Beetle live in North Vancouver, British Columbia. I am 45 years old and have been a secretary all my working life so far. I am now working from home doing medical transcription for a specialist doctor. Beetle is MUCH happier having someone home ALL THE TIME and so am I.
For anyone with young boxers here's a tidbit (not exactly news to anyone with an older boxer like me) .... they never, NEVER, slow down. Beetle just moments ago finished having her daily Tazmanian devil dog frenzy at the mailperson (the hall carpet is now jammed up against the front door). Now, explain to me why, when just this morning, we were sitting on a bench in our little shopping village and the mailperson walked right by us and Beetle didn't even flick an ear in her general direction. But have the woman walk up our driveway ... well ... that's cause for a major display of ferocity!
Anyway, glad to be back and able to contribute and take part in the fun.
