I am scared to see what happens

Gauge is on his last metoclopramide pill tonight. Even on this med he was still vomitting. Vet whats to see what happens with out it. Says Gauge is just not a text book case. We have to find out what works for him. So here we go. Starting off with 3 feedings a day of only cannidae and home cooked no other food. Last feeding at 6. If he vomits bile in the am its okay. We do not want him vomitting food at night. Wish me luck. I hope we figure this out soon.
