Okay, since I am just starting out and you should only feed one meat source for a couple of weeks to get them adjusted (chicken), if you feed a leg quarter in the morning, can you feed a bone-in breast for dinner or is that too much bone? Should I feed either a leg quarter or bone-in breast for breakfast and a boneless chicken breast for dinner or does it matter at this point? What would be recommended? Also, I'm feeding Buster (just shy of 5 mo.) 3 times a day with kibble. Now, do I still feed him 3 times a day? Like a leg-quarter for breakfast, a bone-in breast for lunch and a boneless for dinner? Also, when should I start to add offal? I think I read after the first week, but I'm not sure. All info is appreciated!

You want to feed 2-3% of their weight a day. How you divide it up really doesn't matter. You can feed 3 meals a day as long as they want to eat three meals a day. You can feed chicken offal as soon as you want, though it might be wise to wait for a week of so. Then if they get diaarhea, you know it is not from the chicken, but from the offal. Too much liver can definitely cause the runs and should be added gradually to the diet.

I would gradually decrease the middle meal, rather than just suddenly cut it out.

Fruit and veggies are really not necessary, but can be added if you really want.
