How do I find a mate?

I was wondering if anyone had suggestions on finding a female to mate my cousin's brindle with. He is absolutely beautiful and never mated before. We are in Pittsburgh, PA. Any suggestions would be great!!

I have a few questions for you that you should ask yourself before you, or anyone, decides they want to start breeding:

Is your cousin's dog health tested?
Does he conform to the boxer breed standard?
Does his pedigree have any genetic health issues?
Does his temperment conform to the boxer breed standard?
Is he stud material?
