Boxer Buddy
I have posted here a couple of times on this board, so I should introduce myself here. Here it goes. We live in the Tacoma area and have a 6 year female fawn boxer named Kalua. We also had a male brindle from the rescue that we only had for 2.5 years. He died of cancer last October. We have had Kalua since she was a puppy and is a great dog. She has done exellent adjusting to us getting cats this last year and now hardly notices them. In fact she doesn't even respond to "Get the Kitty" anymore. We are hoping to adopt another boxer, we really miss Steele and I think Kalua is lonely. Chasing the cats just doesn't do it for her. She is very alert and always lets me know when something isn't right. She too is used to having people around all the time. My husband and I have a schedule to were he is home during the day and I am home in the evening after 5. Kalua is an escape artist and we have had to board up our fence more than once. :)eek). Well I guess that is enouph for now and I hope to be posting some pics of my babies in the near future. TTFN Tanya

Welcome!
You're not too far from Portland!! :)
Nice to have people from the area here.

We should get Bailey and Kalua together sometime! I named her that because of her brindle and white (Bailey's and creme). LOL :D
