Good thoughts for Johann please?

I know I've been missing for a bit, but I'm back with a request for healthy thoughts.

Johann has been acting off for the last week or so (not eating his breakfast, multiple trips outside at night, eating grass). We put him on just low fat food instead of half and half with Acana and started doing pepcid twice a day.

Came home from work this morning and found a very drooly, whiney, and hunched over boxer boy. Refusing any food (even cheese!) or water. He has a vet appt at 9:30 (who needs sleep, been awake since 5:30 yesterday morning)....really hoping it's not a bad pancreatitis like last time he did this.
