Lucky got nipped on the face by the boston terrier we are puppy sitting. Nothing too serious, I cleaned it off and put neosporin on it. It looks worse than it is, kind of like a scrape/cut. While I was holding his head looking at it, I noticed that under his jaw there were two bumps, one on the left, one on the right. They are soft and move easily and he wasn't bothered by me touching them. Do dogs have glands under their jaws/chin like we do, and could a cut to the face/cheek cause them to swell a bit?

I ask because I have never noticed the bumps before, but I have never examined his face as closely as I did tonight. So, they could have been there all along....I'm just not sure.
