What is that is the cut off year for cropping ears?

I assume you mean when are puppies cropped. The time frame is 8-12 weeks.

My guys were all done between 6 and 7 weeks

I've heard you shouldn't have the ears cropped after 12 weeks of age. Keisha was 7 - 8 weeks old when she had her ears cropped. I think this is the usual age for having it done
