Drooling while waiting to eat...

I wasn't sure where to post this......
Anyway, our 16 week old male drools something fierce while sitting, waiting to eat. You ask him if he's hungry and straight to the closet he goes. While I am filling his bowl and while I make him stay, he just sits and drools. There are drops like tears all over the floor. It is pretty funny; but I've never heard of this before. Anybody experienced this?

Oh yes, we go through this every meal. Ali even has big bubbles on each side of her face. The floor gets all wet and if we give her just one taste the bubbles get bigger. We always have Bounty on hand. It sooks up the best.

Ohh Layla does her fair share of drooling too while she is waiting for her food, drops on the floor like you were saying too

Oh yeah this happens at every meal. My floor is dotted with dried up drool!!

If we're doing any sort of training with Abbi, we'll have to wipe up the entire floor area because she's drooling while she's "performing" for us because she knows that she'll get a treat immediately after. It's so funny to see the slobber slloooooooooooooowly drip down to the floor. Almost like shoelaces from her jowls!

Yes, Jesse does that too. He gets the big bubbles on each side of his face. He didn't always do this though. It just started within the last year. I thought it had something to do with one of his teeth being broken. My girl just drools slightly.

Mine don't drool when it comes to thier food, but if they even hear me getting the ice cream or peanut butter out.....Watch out!!!!!!

Bosco will just drip a little, but Crash.....we go through a roll of papertowels in a week just for him. He's so bad when he drools, drips or slobbers. It does look like a shoe string hanging from his chops. And if you don't clean him in time, it will be on the walls (or us!!) uck!!!!!!

Same with Billy, lovely huge bubbles. Watch out when he shakes with them though!!!!

I have actually slipped on my kitchen floor after fixing thier meals. The drool starts again when the treat bag comes out of the fridge.
