I was a Pampered Chef Rep until September last year, so I have tons of easy and very tasty recipes. I also get some great ones from Campbellkitchen.com too.

What kind are you interested in? (i.e. main course, BBQ, Quick & Easy, desserts, ect.) Let me know and post some recipes for you.

    Here's one from Campbell's Kitchen that I rec'd today:

    Creamy Almond Chicken
    from Campbell's Kitchen
    Prep/Cook Time: 20 min.

    Ingredients:

    1/4 cup butter or margarine
    2/3 cup sliced almonds
    6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
    1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
    1 cup heavy cream
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
    2 tbsp. orange marmalade
    1 tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
    1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper

    Directions:
Melt 1 tbsp. butter in skillet. Add almonds and cook until browned. Remove almonds.

Place chicken between 2 sheets of plastic wrap and pound to even thickness. Season with pepper.

Melt remaining butter in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned.

Add 1/2 cup toasted almonds, cream, soup, marmalade, mustard and red pepper. Cook 10 min. or until sauce thickens. Garnish with remaining almonds. Serve with rice if desired.

    Serves 6.

Serve with rice and some steamed green beans

    Hope this helps :)

My childhood favorite casserole is Southern Spaghetti.

    1 lb. hamburger
    1 chopped onion
    1 can of peas
    1 can of kidney beans
    1 can of stewed tomatos
    small box of cooked spaghetti
    bread crumbs

Brown the hamburger and onions together - drain. Put into a casserole dish with all the other ingredients. Add some bread crumbs to hold it together. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and lay american cheese slices over top. Put back in the over until the cheese is melted. Serve.

This is even better the next day heated up in the microwave. Sometimes I substitute my own whole tomatos that I've canned for the stewed tomatos. Just cut them up into bite sized pieces.

Have fun at your block party!
