Diarrhea - should I feed her????

Hi, I know I have read here on BW that it's best to withhold food for a day or so if a dog is throwing up. To rest the digestive system, I guess. Is this also true if a dog has diarrhea? or should I continue feeding normally?
(I gave Grumpy some sliced turkey lunch meat yesterday, I guess it didn't agree with her :o. Just want to get her back to normal ASAP. She is starving but I don't want to feed her if it will make her sicker.)

Just read a similar post by about halfway down the page... guess poor Grumpy won't be eating today. Thanks deyiylos for posting this question for me
