Curious about a gift.

Bhoj's first birthday is in a week. I have been wanting to get him a nice leather collar, but i dont want him to outgrow it, so i was curious if anyone knows about when boxers stop growing, particularly around the neck area.

I can't really answer the question about when they stop growing, but my adult female wears a 18"-22" collar and both my males wear 22"-26" collars.

My Dozer just turned 2 and he's still growing Now he's starting to kind of widen out and I still have him in a good nylon adjustable,flat buckle collar.He is in a 26",Bownser is a 22-24, and the girls are in 18-24.

I bought Nala a nice leather studded Harley Davidson collar when she was about a year old. She filled out A LOT after she turned two and although the collar still fits her lengthwise, it looks too small for her. The studs are too small or it's not wide enough. There's just something about it - it just looks silly on her now. Oh well. Buy one that looks good on Bhoj now. He'll get a good year's worth of wear out of it, maybe more, and then you can get him a new one.

Thanks... I too want to buy him a nice studded leather Harley collar so i figure i'll get him one slightly bigger and hope for the best... i also found him little kids leather wrist cuffs that fit his ankles...He seems to like punk like me so i figure what the heck.
