Can't upload Pictures

I have Kikka's Halloween pics and I would love to post but every time I go to upload it gives me an error message.
I have a Kodak Easy share software.
I have saved the pictures as "Best for Web"
jpg format 45KB 400 x 267 pixels

When I upload, I go to borwse and go under my pictures and then Kodak pictures and click the picture I want. When I upload it says error.

What am I doing wrong? Help Please!

You have to log into the gallery. What is the error message?

I did log in and this is what it gives me.

Filename:

C:\Documents and Settings\localuser\My Documents\My Pictures\Kodak Pictures\2004-11-03\Halloween Kikka.jpg

Error Message at the top:

Warning: imagecreatefromjpeg(): '/home/allons06/public_html/photo/uploads/10109/Egg_Hunt_2.JPG' is not a valid JPEG file in /home/allons06/public_html/photo/image-inc.php on line 81

Error Message in a box on the middle of page:

Unable to create image [/home/allons06/public_html/photo/uploads/10109/Egg_Hunt_2.JPG].
Please contact system administrator.

Try a different file name, maybe that will help

It says it is not a valid jpg file. You need to use the basic jpg, not the entrelaced jpg 2000 etc. What is your photo editor?
Also, if it was a file with another extension, you can't just change the extension to .jpg (like renaming a .gif file into .jpg)
